Craving chocolate? Rocky Road Pudding to the rescue!

Rocky Road Pudding


1 3.9 oz pkg instant chocolate pudding mix

2 cups milk

10-12 Oreo cookies

½ cup (approximately) walnuts*

1 cup (approximately) mini marshmallows*

Whipped cream or Cool Whip


  1. Whisk chocolate pudding mix and milk in bowl. Set aside to set.

  2. Put the cookies in a plastic bag and wham away with a rolling pin, crushing them.

  3. Spread cookies on bottom an 8” pie plate or casserole dish.

  4. Top cookies with pudding.

  5. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes, allowing cookies and pudding to meld.

  6. Before serving, top with walnuts, marshmallows and whipped cream **

*Or as many as your little ole heart desires.

**If serving a crowd, you may top the entire pudding with Cool Whip, nuts and marshmallows before serving. It makes for a pretty presentation. Or, as in the picture, scoop pudding into individual cups, then add toppings.
